The Coliseum's 108,000 square foot exposition center is devoted to hosting trade shows, banquets and even graduation ceremonies. With an economic impact of over $100 million per year, the War memorial Coliseum remains a staple in the local economy. An additional $35 million dollar renovation raised the roof of the coliseum by 41 feet. This increased the seating capacity by roughly 25% and allowed the Coliseum to host larger trade shows and other events.
